ABOUT DI SPAZIODi Spazio Furniture Studio is a 25,000+ sq. ft. ultra-luxury furniture experience studio in South Hyderabad and one of the largest furniture showrooms in the area.

We offer a complete range of premium loose furniture and home décor solutions for villas, luxury apartments, independent houses, offices and premium residential projects, including sofas, beds, dining tables, lounge chairs, center tables, consoles, décor and other imported furniture collections.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Executive who can handle both in-store sales and outside marketing/business development.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAttend customers visiting the furniture showroom and understand their requirements.
- Explain furniture designs, materials, sizes, pricing and customization options professionally.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable furniture for their villas, apartments and homes.
- Follow up with enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and other leads.
- Prepare quotations and continuously follow up until the sale is closed.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers before and after the sale.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
- Undertake outside marketing and business development activities whenever required.
- Visit and build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, villa communities and potential customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking and referrals.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and closed sales.
- Coordinate with the showroom team regarding orders, availability, delivery and customer requirements.




- Take complete responsibility for assigned leads from initial enquiry to successful sales closure.
- CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSGraduation is mandatory.
- Previous sales experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in furniture showrooms, home interiors, modular furniture, luxury retail, real estate, automobiles or other high-value retail sales will be preferred.
- Previous furniture showroom sales experience will be highly appreciated.
- Must have good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive spoken English is required.
- Telugu and/or Hindi communication ability will be an added advantage.
- Must be confident in dealing with premium customers.
- Should have good negotiation and sales-closing skills.
- Should be comfortable with both showroom sales and outside marketing.
- Must be target-oriented, disciplined and capable of regular customer follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/CRM and digital lead follow-up is preferred.

EXPERIENCESales Experience: Mandatory

Preferred: 1–5+ years of experience in sales.

Candidates having previous experience in furniture, interiors or premium retail sales will receive preference.

SALARY & INCENTIVESSalary: Based on experience and previous salary.
