Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our jewellery retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable jewellery products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in the showroom professionally.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and occasion.
- Explain jewellery designs, specifications, pricing, making charges, offers, and other relevant details.
- Present and demonstrate jewellery products according to customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Generate sales and achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and future purchases.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
- Ensure jewellery is handled carefully and according to company procedures.
- Assist in billing, order processing, exchange, and other sales-related activities when required.
- Maintain customer records and update sales information.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth order execution.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, discipline, and professional behaviour.




- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues to the concerned senior when required.
- Follow all company policies, security procedures, and showroom guidelines.

- Good knowledge of jewellery products and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery pricing, making charges, purity, and product specifications.

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Qualification & ExperienceEducation: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, retail, fashion, luxury retail, or a similar sales role.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also be considered.
