We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our growing team in Dehradun.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist travelers in planning personalized holidays based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on destinations, sightseeing, hotels, transportation, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare customized travel quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers through timely follow-ups and excellent service.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, activity partners, and local vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Maintain regular communication with travelers before, during, and after their trip to deliver a seamless travel experience.
- Handle booking confirmations, payment follow-ups, vouchers, and travel documentation.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update booking information regularly.




- Work closely with the operations and reservations teams to ensure high service quality.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, seasonal offers, and company products.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic travel destinations and holiday packages.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism qualification preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, holiday consulting, or the travel industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for travel may also apply.
- Preferred Candidate ProfilePassionate about travel and customer service.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Positive attitude with strong organizational skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable handling customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and online travel leads.
