We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our Solar Project Team. The candidate will be responsible for fabrication, welding, repair, and installation of solar module mounting structures, support frames, and related steel components used in solar power projects. The candidate must ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ARC, MIG, and other welding work on solar module mounting structures.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install MS, GI, and structural steel components as per drawings.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, fabrication layouts, and project specifications.
- Carry out cutting, grinding, fitting, and welding activities at the workshop and project sites.
- Inspect weld quality and ensure structural strength as per project requirements.
- Repair damaged structures and perform maintenance welding when required.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and fabrication teams for smooth execution.
