- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international customer calls (inbound/outbound) professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain call quality and follow sales processes.
- Update customer details and call records in the system.
