Job Title: B2B Telesales Executive – IndiaMART & Lead Management

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to handle B2B enquiries received through IndiaMART and other lead sources. The candidate will contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, share product details and quotations, conduct regular follow-ups, and convert leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact current IndiaMART and other inbound leads promptly.
- Understand customers’ product requirements, quantity, budget and location.
- Explain product features, pricing, availability and delivery terms.
- Share catalogues, quotations and other information through WhatsApp or email.
- Follow up consistently until the enquiry is converted or closed.
- Negotiate with customers within approved pricing limits.
- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up dates in CRM or Excel.
- Reconnect with old leads and existing B2B customers for repeat orders.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts,



production and dispatch teams.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up and monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily reports covering calls, quotations, orders and pending follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in telesales, B2B sales or IndiaMART lead handling is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic spoken and written English.
- Confident in calling, negotiation and customer follow-up.
- Comfortable using IndiaMART, WhatsApp, email, Excel and CRM software.
- Disciplined, persuasive and target-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple leads without missing follow-up commitments.

- Lead-to-order conversion rate
- Monthly sales value
- Repeat orders and customer retention
- Accuracy of lead records and reports
