- Key Responsibilities :-
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and project scope.
- Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using design software.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors for smooth project execution.
- Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and design implementation.
- Ensure designs comply with project budget and timelines.
- Modify designs based on client feedback.
- Prepare presentations and design documentation for client approvals.
- Required Skills - Strong creativity and design sense.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3Ds Max, or similar software.
- Positive understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
