- FIELD WORK – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & FLAT REPAIR WORK NEXT2ONE REALTY is looking for a responsible and active Field Executive to join our team in Noida.
- This is a field-based job. The candidate will visit properties, check flats, get repair work done, coordinate with workers and contractors, and handle property-related work.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Visit flats and check their condition
- Get flat repair and other work done
- Coordinate with workers, contractors and vendors
- Check the quality of work
- Purchase required materials
- Handle flat handover and possession
- Visit properties for inspection
- Show properties to clients
- Coordinate with owners and tenants
- Follow up with clients
- Handle basic property management work
- Give daily work updates




- REQUIREMENTSExperience in property work, flat repair work or field work is preferred
- Freshers can also apply if they are willing to learn
- Must have a valid Driving License
- Must know how to drive a car
- Basic smartphone knowledge
- Honest, responsible and hardworking
- Comfortable with regular field visits
- SALARY₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month + Performance Incentive
