Position: Telecaller – Data Validation

Location: Bengaluru

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Telecaller to validate and update customer and company database records through outbound calls. The role involves verifying contact details, collecting accurate information, and maintaining updated records to support business development and marketing activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to validate company and contact information.
- Verify details such as contact person, designation, phone number, email ID, and company address.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM/database.
- Identify incorrect or duplicate data and ensure corrections are made.
- Maintain call records and submit daily activity reports.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure database accuracy.
- Follow the prescribed calling scripts and quality standards.
- Requirements 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or data validation.
- Valuable verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/database management.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Preferred SkillsStrong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily calling targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
