- Operate and monitor RO plants and water purification equipment.
- Install and commission RO systems, pumps, filters, membranes, and pipelines.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning.
- Check water quality parameters such as TDS, pH, pressure, and flow rate.
- Troubleshoot problems with pumps, motors, membranes, valves, electrical controls, and dosing systems.
- Replace or clean RO membranes, filters, cartridges, and other components.
- Maintain daily operating and maintenance records.
- Identify leaks, pressure issues, scaling, fouling, and other system problems.
- Follow safety procedures and environmental/wastewater-disposal requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams when major repairs are required.
