Digital Marketing Manager — Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, leads, and sales.

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

- Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize ads for better ROI.

- Manage social media marketing strategies and content promotion.

- Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaigns.

- Track important metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, ROAS, and cost per lead/acquisition.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising updates, and AI tools.

- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and content.

Requirements





- Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

- Knowledge of performance marketing, funnels, targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.

- Understanding of Google Analytics and tracking/pixels is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Positive communication and project management skills.

- Knowledge of AI tools for marketing, research, content creation, and campaign optimization is a plus.

- Previous experience managing real campaigns and budgets will be preferred.

Freshers

Freshers with strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing can also apply. Practical knowledge and skills will be considered more important than simply having a degree or certification.

Important

Laptop/System will NOT be provided. Candidates must have their own laptop or computer required for digital marketing work.
