Your work:
- Visit 25–35 electrical/hardware counters daily on a fixed beat
- Book orders, place current products, maintain displays and scheme visibility
- Collect payments on your route and keep outstanding under control
- Meet monthly targets and earn incentives every month
- Work jointly with the company TSO on electrician meets and market activities
Who should apply:
- 1–3+ years as DSR/salesman with an electrical, hardware or FMCG distributor
- Knows the retail counters of [territory/main markets] — existing relationships are a big advantage
- Own two-wheeler with valid licence, smartphone
- 12th pass or above, honest with cash handling, hungry for incentives
