? Counter Sales Executive

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience can apply.

Responsibilities:

- Attend customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain cakes, products and prices to customers.
- Handle counter sales and billing/POS operations.
- Manage online and offline orders.
- Maintain product display and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Support stock checking and daily store operations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

?‍? Store ManagerSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years preferred in bakery, food or QSR.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day cake shop operations.
- Supervise and guide store staff.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline and performance.




- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure good customer service.
- Monitor stock, wastage and product display.
- Supervise billing, cash handling and online orders.
- Monitor Zomato/Swiggy orders.
- Maintain store hygiene and company standards.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Coordinate with HR and management regarding staff and store requirements.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable and professional personality.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
- Basic computer/billing knowledge preferred.
- Retail, bakery, food or sales experience will be an advantage.
