- Set up and operate VMC/CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Select and change cutting tools, fixtures, and offsets.
- Monitor machining operations and make minor adjustments to maintain quality.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
