Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee complex multi-sector construction projects, including commercial/residential High-Rises, utility-scale Solar installations, and Infrastructure (roads, bridges, heavy civil). You will manage all phases of execution from planning through procurement, site operations, budgeting, quality control, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Execution & Site Management: Direct daily construction operations for high-rise buildings (structural formwork, MEP, vertical logistics), ground-mounted/rooftop solar PV assets (grid connections, sub-station tie-ins), and civil infrastructure (earthworks, paving, bridge substructures).Budgeting & Financials: Control project budgets, monitor cash flow, evaluate change orders, negotiate subcontractor agreements,



and submit pay applications. Scheduling & Progress: Develop baseline master schedules using MS Project/Primavera P6; track milestones to prevent delays across multi-discipline trades. Permitting & Compliance: Secure municipal building permits, right-of-way approvals, land clearance, environmental clearances, and utility interconnect agreements. Quality & Safety (HSE): Enforce strict local building codes, structural specifications, solar PV standards, and site-wide zero-harm safety policies. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, structural/civil engineers, architects, sub-contractors, local authorities, and grid operators.
