FLUXUS (Fluxus Elevators Private Limited) manufactures passenger, home and goods elevators. This position is at our manufacturing unit at Vachanamrut Industrial Park - 1, Bakrol-Bujrang, Daskroi, Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- MIG/CO2 and ARC welding of MS and stainless steel elevator components — cabin frames, door frames, brackets, counterweight frames and landing assemblies
- Fitting and assembly of fabricated parts as per drawings
- Marking and measuring with tape, vernier caliper and try square; checking dimensional accuracy of finished parts
- Grinding, deburring and finishing of welded joints for a clean surface finish
- Supporting sheet metal operations (CNC press brake bending, shearing) and material handling on the shop floor
- Meeting daily production targets while maintaining weld quality
- Following safety practices — PPE,
machine safety and shop-floor housekeeping
Candidate Requirements
- ITI in Welder or Fitter trade preferred; candidates with solid hands-on fabrication experience may also apply
- 1–5 years experience in sheet metal fabrication or structural welding (elevator, sheet metal, machinery or similar industry)
- Able to read basic fabrication drawings
- TIG welding on stainless steel is an added advantage
- Should be able to commute to Bakrol-Bujrang, Daskroi (near Odhav / Vatva industrial belt), Ahmedabad
