1. Supervise and manage day-to-day factory production activities.
2. Allocate work to workers and monitor manpower productivity.
3. Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
4. Monitor the quality of materials and finished products.
5. Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Production, Dispatch, and Management teams.
6. Maintain proper records of production, material consumption, wastage, and manpower.
7. Ensure proper handling and storage of glass, aluminium profiles, hardware, and other materials.
8. Monitor loading, unloading, packing, and dispatch activities.
9. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with factory safety procedures.
10. Identify production issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
11. Control material wastage and maintain proper inventory at the factory.
12. Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.
13. Monitor workers' attendance, discipline, and daily work allocation.
14. Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch of finished goods.
15. Ensure the factory premises are clean and properly organized.
