? Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

? Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with interested customers.





?️ Explain products, services, offers, and relevant information clearly to customers.

? Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.

? Follow up with leads and customers to support lead conversion and business growth.

? Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance over the phone.

? Listen to customer complaints and grievances and work toward timely resolution.

? Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

? Update lead status and customer information regularly.

? Handle telesales and telemarketing activities as assigned by the company.

? Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and performance targets.

? Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and unresolved issues.

? Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹24,000 per month, as per skill & experience

? Incentive: ₹4,000+ based on performance
