Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong AutoCAD skills and hands-on experience in retail store design. The candidate will be responsible for developing retail layouts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with clients and execution teams, and ensuring designs are practical, aesthetic, and aligned with brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop retail store interior designs, layouts, and concepts based on project requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Design spaces considering customer movement, product displays, lighting, branding, fixtures, and functionality.
- Prepare drawings and documentation for site execution and fabrication.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements where required.
- Review shop drawings and ensure execution matches the approved design.
- Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, signage, and other services wherever required.
- Support material, furniture, fixture, and finish selections.




- Make design revisions based on client and project requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered within design, quality, and timeline expectations.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of retail store planning and interior design.
- Understanding of furniture, fixtures, materials, finishes, lighting, and signage.
- Ability to read and prepare technical/working drawings.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of measurements, dimensions, and construction details.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- EligibilityBachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a portfolio demonstrating retail store projects.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in retail outlets, showrooms, supermarkets, fashion stores, or commercial interiors will be preferred.
