- Senior Managing Partner (SMP) – 4 Positions
- ? CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
? Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate and above (all mark sheets required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance agency channel
- Solid team handling and recruitment skills preferred
? Compensation Note:
- CTC will be based on current salary
- Hike range: 20% to 27% of the previous CTC (maximum)
