Job DescriptionAzad Volthut Power LLP is hiring energetic and target-driven Sales Executives for our Residential Rooftop Solar (B2C) business in Patna.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, following up with potential customers, explaining rooftop solar solutions and government subsidy benefits, arranging customer/site meetings, and converting leads into confirmed solar installations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with residential solar leads.
- Understand customer requirements and electricity consumption.
- Collect electricity bills and basic customer information.
- Explain 3 kW, 5 kW, 10 kW and customized rooftop solar systems.
- Explain applicable PM Surya Ghar / Government Solar Subsidy benefits to customers.
- Explain solar savings, generation, warranties and system benefits.
- Send quotations/proposals and follow up regularly.
- Schedule and attend customer/site meetings when required.
- Handle customer questions, objections and negotiations.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain complete lead and follow-up information in company CRM.
- Coordinate with field/technical teams for site surveys and installation.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and generate referrals.




- Achieve monthly sales and kW targets.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years in Sales / B2C Sales / Field Sales preferred.
- Solar industry experience is preferred.
- Candidates from Real Estate, Insurance, Banking/Loans, Automobile, Telecom, Consumer Electronics, RO/Water Purifier or other B2C sales backgrounds can apply.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Good Hindi communication and convincing skills.
- Basic English preferred.
- Good knowledge of Patna and nearby areas.
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp, CRM and field/customer visits.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.

Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
