- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day civil construction site activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Check measurements, quantities, and work progress.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
- Follow safety standards and construction procedures at the site.
- Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand structural/architectural drawings.
- Valuable knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and site supervision.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel/work at project locations in Davanagere, Chitradurga, or Bengaluru.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary? ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
