We are looking for a responsible and organized Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, and management.
- Ensure work is completed according to schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor work progress.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material records, and updates.
- Identify and resolve in office issues promptly.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.
- Follow and enforce safety procedures at the site.
- Communicate site progress and issues to the management.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision or a related field.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel between different project sites.
