Green Feast is a premium farm-to-table QSR focused on fresh salads, power bowls, wraps, smoothies and clean, wholesome food. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused front-end team members who can create a welcoming experience while maintaining high standards of hygiene, service and speed.
- Role & ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers warmly and assist them with menu selection.
- Take dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, customisations and add-ons to customers.
- Operate the POS/billing system and handle cash, UPI and card payments.
- Ensure orders are prepared and handed over accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth order flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area and front-of-house.
- Ensure food presentation and packaging meet Green Feast standards.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
- Suggest relevant add-ons,
beverages and upgrades where appropriate.
- Monitor front-end stock such as packaging, cutlery, tissues, sauces and beverages.
- Follow all company SOPs related to hygiene, service, billing and customer experience.
- Support opening and closing duties of the outlet.
- Maintain a positive, professional and energetic attitude during peak hours.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th pass preferred.
- Prior experience in a QSR, café, restaurant or hospitality business is preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and basic English/Hindi skills.
- Comfortable using POS systems and digital payment methods.
- Presentable, punctual and disciplined.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
- Strong customer-service mindset.
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends and holidays.
