A Delivery and Technician Boy (Delivery Executive) handles the timely, protected transportation of products and provides basic on-site installation, setup, or repair services. Key duties include navigating routes, loading/unloading goods, performing technical installations, educating customers on product usage, and collecting payments or signatures.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivery & Logistics: Safely transporting, loading, and unloading products, checking inventory, and navigating routes to ensure on-time delivery.
- Technical Support: Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining products (e.g., cleaning machinery, Diffusers, Dispensers) in customer homes or offices.
- Customer Service: Demonstrating product functionality, answering technical questions, handling complaints, and obtaining customer feedback.
- Documentation & Cash Handling: Recording deliveries, collecting payments,



and updating service reports.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and functional company vehicle.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- License & Experience: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Owned 2 wheelers is preferable.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of electronics or mechanical installation.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills for interacting with customers.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy,, or fragile items.
- Time Management: Ability to plan routes and meet strict deadlines.

Physical Requirements
