Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and well-spoken Caretaker to manage daily operations of our facility.

Eligibility

Age: 30 to 45 years

Qualification: 10th or above

Languages: Must be able to read & write Bengali, English. Must speak Bengali & Hindi fluently

Skills: Basic computer proficiency will be given priority

Salary & Perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month, based on experience & performance

Bonus: 1 month salary as Puja bonus after completion of 1 year

Off: 4 days off per month

Accommodation: Provided by company

Food: Partial food materials provided by company

Key Responsibilities

Enquiries & Bookings: Talk to persons coming for enquiry and handle booking process

Housekeeping: Check daily housekeeping work and schedule tasks for HK staff

Security: Supervise security job profile

Maintenance: Check periodic maintenance work and report to manager

Compliance: Maintain all rules & regulations as instructed by management
