Telecaller Executive – Glamour Studio Salon & Academy

About UsGlamour Studio Salon & Academy is a premium beauty destination offering world-class hair, skin, nail, and aesthetic services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Call new and existing customers to book appointments.
- Follow up with leads received from Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, and other marketing campaigns.
- Re-engage inactive customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Explain salon services, packages, memberships, and ongoing offers.
- Confirm, reschedule, and manage customer appointments.
- Update customer details, appointments, and call remarks in the CRM (Dingg).
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
- Meet daily call targets and monthly appointment booking goals.
- Coordinate with the reception and salon team for smooth appointment management.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and CRM software is an advantage.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
