Key Responsibilities

Maintain production, stock, and inventory records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel.

Manage employee attendance and leave records.

Handle data entry and documentation work.

Coordinate with production, stores, and management teams.

Maintain files, invoices, delivery challans, and other factory records.

Support dispatch and material movement documentation.

Ensure accurate and timely updating of records.
