Job Title: Restaurant Captain

Locations: New Digha, Mandarmani, & Dhulagarh

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 In-Hand / Month

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee dining floor operations, welcome guests, and ensure high service standards.
- Take orders, recommend menu items, and coordinate with the kitchen team for timely service.
- Supervise and assist floor stewards to ensure clean, smooth restaurant operations.
- Address guest feedback promptly to deliver a excellent dining experience.

Requirements

- Prior experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward in hospitality/dining.
- Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, public holidays, and blackout dates (strictly no leave during high-demand periods).
