- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to identify and develop current customers.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, cold calling, and networking.
- Visit existing and potential customers to understand their requirements.
- Promote and sell company products/services and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market prices, and customer trends.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and management for timely execution of customer orders.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up records.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve sales-related issues.
