Role Summary: Lead the design and execution of building projects from concept to completion. Ensure designs are functional, aesthetic, code-compliant, and buildable.

Key Responsibilities:Develop conceptual designs, schematics, and presentation drawings for clientsProduce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and material schedulesEnsure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulationsCoordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultantsManage project timelines, budgets, and client communicationsConduct site visits to monitor construction progress and qualityObtain necessary permits and approvals from authoritiesLead design team and mentor junior architects/drafters

Required Skills:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture + skilled licenseProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe SuiteStrong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods5+ years experience in residential/commercial projects
