Customer Relationship Manager – Niyo Express

? Locations: MUMBAI (Male candidiates, field job)

? Experience: 2–3 Years

? Education: Bachelor's Degree/ PG

Looking for customer-facing Sales & Relationship Management professionals who enjoy meeting customers, explaining financial products and driving business through referrals and cross-selling.

What you'll do:

? Handle doorstep customer service, KYC & onboarding

? Deliver product demos and explain Niyo Global Forex Cards

? Cross-sell Forex.

? Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals

? Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service

? Manage leads and follow defined processes

? Interact with HNI customers and represent the Niyo brand professionally

What we're looking for:

✅ 2+ years of experience in Sales / Customer Service / Relationship Management

✅ Excellent English & Hindi communication

✅ Local language proficiency

✅ Solid interpersonal and customer-handling skills

✅ Proactive, presentable and target-oriented

✅ Financial product sales/service experience is an advantage

✅ Two-wheeler preferred
