We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and self-driven System Administrator to independently manage and resolve all IT-related issues at our client location.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining infrastructure, and delivering timely technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops and networking equipment
- Provide in office technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
- Manage user accounts, access control, and security policies
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
- Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and issue resolutions
