- Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of cash, clearing, deposits, withdrawals, and remittance services.
- Maintain branch security, housekeeping, and infrastructure.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records and documentation.
- Monitor digital banking, and customer service operations.
- 2. Business Development Achieve branch business targets.
- Mobilize deposits (Savings, Current, FD, RD).
- Increase CASA growth.
- Promote loan products including:
- Personal Loans
- Gold Loans
- Vehicle Loans
- Housing Loans
- MSME Loans
- Agricultural Loans
- Cross-sell insurance, digital banking, and other financial products.
- Develop business relationships with individuals, businesses, societies, and institutions.
- 3. Credit Management Appraise loan proposals.
- Verify borrower eligibility and documentation.
- Monitor loan disbursement process.
- Ensure timely recovery of loans.
- Monitor NPAs and initiate recovery measures.
- Maintain quality of loan portfolio.
