​? Core Work & Responsibilities

​Lead Generation & Client Outreach

​Connect with potential property buyers through calls, database follow-ups, and field networking.

​Convert cold/warm leads into interested buyers.

​Site Visits & Property Showings

​Schedule and conduct client site visits to townships, plots, or residential projects.

​Present project amenities, plot layouts, legal clearances, and investment returns to prospective buyers.

​Deal Closing & Negotiation

​Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties according to their budget.

​Handle price negotiations, payment options, and close the sale.





​Documentation & Process Assistance

​Assist clients through property booking, token amounts, and paperwork/agreements.

​Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and booking status in the CRM/system.

​Target Achievement

​Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.

​Build long-term relationships with clients to drive referrals and repeat business.

​?️ Required Skills & Qualifications

​Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

​Skills Needed:

​Robust communication and persuasive skills

​Ability to handle client objections and negotiate deals

​Basic knowledge of local real estate trends and property rates
