Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Field Executive to handle field collection activities, customer visits, payment follow-ups, and recovery of outstanding dues on behalf of our clients.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered/residential/business addresses for payment follow-up.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.
- Explain payment details and assist customers with available payment options.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, commitments,



and collection status.
- Update visit trails and collection details through the designated mobile application/system.
- Submit daily field reports to the Team Leader.
- Maintain skilled and respectful communication with customers at all times.
- Follow the company's collection process, client guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Escalate disputes, customer complaints, and difficult cases to the reporting manager.
- Ensure all customer information is handled confidentially.
- Avoid accepting customer payments into personal bank accounts, UPI IDs, or wallets.
