Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

2. Prepare and manage invoices, bills, payments, and receipts.

3. Handle bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.

4. Process vendor payments and maintain vendor ledgers.

5. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

6. Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data.

7. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

8. Maintain fixed asset records and expense tracking.

9. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

10. Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management.

11. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

12. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.





* Understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

* Positive knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

* M.Com or relevant accounting certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

* 2–5 years of experience as an Accountant.

* Experience in the construction, interior fit-out, or project-based industry will be preferred.

* Knowledge of ERP/accounting software is an added advantage.
