- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Receiving and Dispatch: Oversee the proper receiving of materials and ensure accurate dispatch of goods to the production floor.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock movements and inventory levels.
- Coordination: Collaborate with production, procurement, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Operations: Ensure the efficient and organized storage and distribution of materials within the store.
- Quality and Safety: Implement and maintain quality control, GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices), and GHK (Good Housekeeping) standards. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train store staff, including assigning tasks and managing performance.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on inventory, stock levels, and store performance as needed.
