Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, Shine & LinkedIn
- Screen resumes as per job requirements and contact relevant candidates
- Develop and update Job Descriptions (JDs)
- Coordinate with candidates and recruitment agencies
- Maintain candidate data and follow up throughout the hiring process
Key Skills:
- Valuable communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior recruitment experience is an added advantage
