- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity estimates, rate analysis, and cost estimates.
- Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare and verify client/vendor bills, running bills, and final bills.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and verify measurements at site.
- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and accounts team.
- Track project costs, material quantities, and billing status.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, measurements, and bills.
- Assist in tender preparation and commercial documentation.
