#1 Vinayak InfoSoft - SEO Company Ahmedabad is looking for an experienced, results-driven SEO Manager cum Project Leader to oversee our search engine optimization strategies and lead our digital marketing delivery team. In this dual-focus role, you will be responsible for driving organic growth for both in-house and client projects, while serving as the primary project leader—managing team workflows, task distribution, timelines, and direct client communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic SEO Management

- Develop and execute comprehensive On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO strategies to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and lead conversions.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits, site architecture reviews, and competitor analysis.
- Plan content optimization strategies, targeting high-intent keywords and monitoring Google algorithm updates to maintain rank stability.
- Implement structured data/schema markup, optimize core web vitals, and fix indexing issues.

2. Project Leadership & Delivery

- Serve as the central point of contact for SEO projects,



ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Assign tasks to SEO executives, content writers, web developers, and graphic designers; monitor daily output and quality.
- Set campaign goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and project roadmaps.
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks and ensure technical fixes are correctly implemented by web development teams.

3. Client Communication & Reporting

- Conduct monthly/quarterly strategy calls and performance review meetings with clients.
- Prepare and present transparent, data-driven reports using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and third-party tools.
- Translate technical SEO metrics into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

4. Team Mentorship & Process Optimization

- Mentor junior and mid-level SEO executives to upskill the team on contemporary search practices.
- Refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for link building, content creation, technical audits, and client onboarding.
