? Hiring: Academic Telecaller

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven qualified to join our team as an Academic Appointment Setter.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to prospective parents and students.
- Introduce our academic counseling services and educational programs.
- Understand student requirements and identify potential opportunities.
- Schedule qualified appointments for Academic Counselors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments in CRM.
- Performance ExpectationsMake 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Consistently schedule 6–7 qualified counseling meetings daily.
- Follow up with interested prospects to maximize appointment conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- RequirementsExcellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.




- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with parents and students over the phone.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, education counseling, BYJU'S, Toppr, Unacademy, UpGrad, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
