Job Description

Job Title: Real Estate Telecalle

rDepartment: Sales / Business Development

Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers can apply)

Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate property leads.

Follow up with leads received through websites, social media, advertisements, and referrals.

Understand customers’ property requirements, budget, preferred location, and preferences.Explain property projects, pricing, offers, amenities, and payment options.Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.Regularly follow up with interested customers and convert leads into site visits/sales.Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.Provide timely feedback to the sales/management team.Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.

Fluency in Tamil and the local language.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

Prior experience in telecalling, real estate, or sales is an advantage.

Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + incentives (can be adjusted based on experience/company)

Working Hours: Full-time
