About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CPA Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the Unsecured Business Loan segment. The candidate will be responsible for credit appraisal, financial and banking analysis, MIS management, and preparation of sanction-related documentation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial statements, banking transactions, credit assessment, and loan appraisal processes.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Prepare Credit Appraisal Memorandums (CAM) for unsecured business loan proposals.

* Conduct detailed financial statement analysis and interpret key financial indicators.

* Perform banking analysis to assess the financial health and repayment capacity of applicants.

* Analyze business and financial information for effective loan assessment and credit decision-making.

* Prepare and issue Sanction Letters as per approved credit terms and conditions.

* Update and maintain MIS reports accurately and on a timely basis.





* Ensure all credit-related documentation and data are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.

* Coordinate with relevant internal teams to obtain required financial and banking information.

* Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, processes, and documentation standards.

* Support the credit team in day-to-day appraisal and related activities

*Candidate Requirements*

* Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the Unsecured Business Loan segment.

* Hands-on experience in:

* CAM Preparation

* Financial Statement Analysis & Plotting

* Banking Analysis

* MIS Preparation and Updates

* Sanction Letter Preparation

* Strong analytical and numerical skills.

* Valuable understanding of financial statements and banking transactions.

* Ability to assess financial information and identify key credit risks.

* Good attention to detail and accuracy.

*Work Schedule*

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with extended working hours as required.

Weekly Off: Sunday; however, working on Sundays may be required depending on business requirements.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

Minimum Qualification: B.Com
