Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Field Collection Executive to manage field-level collection activities, follow up with customers for outstanding payments, and ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining professional customer relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered/residential or business locations for payment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding payments.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payments, and follow-ups.
- Submit daily collection and field visit reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely deposit/update of collected payments as per company policy.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and follow company collection guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Collection Team and Branch/Cluster Manager for difficult cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable collection procedures.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Knowledge of the local area and local language is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in NBFC, Banking, Loan Collection, EMI Collection, Microfinance, Field Sales, or Recovery will be preferred.
