Key Responsibilities

- Conduct consultations by assessing patient medical history, vitals, and aesthetic concerns.
- Diagnose and recommend suitable treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Explain procedures, risks, outcomes, and expected results clearly to patients.
- Supervise and guide nurses and clinical assistants during treatments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, safety guidelines, and medical ethics.
- Stay updated with advancements in aesthetic medicine, technologies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the administrative team for effective scheduling and smooth patient flow.
- Achieve and maintain a minimum 60% consultation-to-treatment conversion rate.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, patient education, and awareness initiatives
