Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a food production facility. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, production planning expertise, and hands-on experience in managing production teams while ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and production resources.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
- Reduce production downtime and improve overall productivity.




- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff.
- Identify process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Manager.
- Candidates with experience in the Food Manufacturing industry are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in food manufacturing is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
