Key Responsibilities

Platform Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of ecommerce platform(s)

Monitor website performance, uptime, and user experience

Implement and manage platform updates and enhancements

Ensure inventory management systems are optimized

Sales & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and revenue

Analyze sales metrics and identify growth opportunities

Manage pricing strategies and promotional campaigns

Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports

Product Listing & Catalog Management

Oversee product descriptions, images, and SEO optimization

Manage product categorization and inventory visibility

Ensure accurate and timely product information across platforms

Coordinate with suppliers on new product launches

Customer Experience

Optimize user journey and conversion funnels

Monitor customer feedback and address concerns

Implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Coordinate with customer service team for seamless operations

Digital Marketing & Promotion

Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotions

Manage email marketing, social media, and paid advertising coordination

Plan seasonal campaigns and product launches

Analyze campaign performance and ROI

Analytics & Reporting





Track and analyze ecommerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, traffic, etc.)

Use data insights to make strategic decisions

Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for stakeholders

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor ecommerce team members

Conduct training and performance evaluations

Foster a cooperative and results-oriented work setting

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field

Experience: any of ecommerce management or digital retail experience

Platform Knowledge: Proven experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar)

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Google Analytics and analytics tools

Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles

Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
