Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage SEO, GEO/AI Search, Google Ads and Meta Ads for multiple clients.

This is not a trainee or execution-assistant role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of assigned client accounts, communicate directly with clients and handle day-to-day work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Local SEO

Keyword research and keyword mapping

On-page and technical SEO

Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization

Competitor analysis

Internal linking and content optimization

Search Console, GA4 and Semrush

SEO performance analysis and reporting

Basic off-page SEO and link-building

Develop and execute monthly SEO strategies

GEO / AI Search

Understand AI Search / Generative Engine Optimization concepts

Develop content strategies for AI-search and conversational queries

Optimize website content for search intent, topical relevance and entity understanding

Track AI-search visibility and relevant prompts where tools/data are available

Use AI tools effectively for research, content briefs and optimization

Google Ads

Search campaign setup and management

Keyword research and match types

Ad copy creation

Negative keyword management

Search-term analysis

Conversion tracking

Bid and budget optimization

Campaign performance analysis

Landing-page and conversion optimization recommendations

Meta Ads

Facebook & Instagram campaign setup and management





Audience research and targeting

Lead generation and conversion campaigns

Retargeting

Creative testing and A/B testing

Campaign optimization and performance analysis

Pixel/Meta conversion tracking

Client Communication & Account Ownership

This is an important part of the role.

The candidate should be comfortable:

Joining client calls when required

Explaining SEO/Ads performance to clients in fluent English

Understanding client requirements

Giving professional updates

Discussing campaign/SEO strategy

Preparing and presenting performance reports

Taking ownership of assigned tasks and deadlines

Identifying problems and proposing solutions without waiting for step-by-step instructions

We are looking for someone who can say, “I will take care of it,” and actually take responsibility for getting it done.

What We Are Looking For

2–4 years of practical digital marketing experience

Strong hands-on experience in SEO + Google Ads + Meta Ads

Good understanding of GEO / AI Search

Fluent spoken and written English

Confident in client communication and calls

Ability to manage multiple client accounts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently





Positive understanding of GSC, GA4, Semrush, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

Experience with healthcare/local businesses will be an advantage

Important

This is an ownership-based role, not a basic assistant/executive position.

We are specifically looking for someone who requires minimal day-to-day guidance and can independently plan, execute, monitor and report on assigned accounts.

Candidates with only certifications/course knowledge and limited practical experience will not be preferred.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month

Final salary will depend on practical experience, communication skills and ability to independently handle client accounts.

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical assessment covering:

SEO audit/strategy

Google Ads campaign structure

Meta Ads strategy

GEO/AI Search approach

Basic client communication scenario

Candidates should also be able to discuss real projects they have personally managed.
