We are looking for a GPS Data & Certificate Executive to manage GPS device and vehicle-related backend work.

Main Responsibilities

Manage daily GPS & vehicle data in Google Sheets / Excel

Check and maintain Vehicle Number, Chassis Number, IMEI, SIM Number and GPS details

Upload vehicle/GPS information on Government / RTO GPS portals

Generate GPS / VLTD certificates after completing the required process

Share completed certificates with customers

Update certificate and vehicle status in Google Sheets

Check GPS device information on our tracking software

Coordinate with technicians for missing or incorrect vehicle/device details

Follow up on pending GPS activation, certificate and portal-related work

Maintain proper records and avoid duplicate/wrong data entries

Handle basic customer coordination regarding certificate status

Candidate Requirements

Positive knowledge of Computer, Internet and Google Sheets / MS Excel

Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy

Comfortable working with online portals and software

Basic English reading and writing

Able to learn new software and processes quickly

Responsible and careful while handling vehicle data
